Ormond Beach is a quick trip south down I-95 from our Palm Coast base, usually somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes to most parts of town. It's one of the more established communities in our service area — a lot of the neighborhoods west of US-1 were built out decades ago under a heavy oak canopy, and that changes how we approach almost every job. Grand old live oaks mean root systems that run wide and shallow, and any grading, clearing, or excavation near them has to account for what's happening underground, not just what's visible above it.
